Everything I Ate Today
Breakfast:
To start my day, I have three cups of decaf coffee, using a full Atkins protein shake divided between them as the creamer/flavoring. I'm visiting at a friend's house, so I'm using single-pod coffee from Double Donut Shop. Since I drink decaf it's usually easier to find fancy ones online. At home I just drink the store-brand coffee grounds. Then I added an Atkin's Caramel flavor shake - delicious! I've included links to Amazon. Buying the Atkin's in bulk on Amazon is cheaper than buying at my local Walmart, but compare prices and see what works best for you!
Also in the morning, I take a few supplements including collagen, biotin, and a DHT blocker. Today I'm having these with a glass of Califina Magic which is green-apple flavored, and delicious - however, they've discontinued this product so when I use up my supply I'll have to find a new supergreens drink! Luckily I have a couple boxes still on hand, because I do love it. Prior to the Califina, I was using Dr. Berg's Veggie Solution.
And as a mid-morning snack, I had a No Cow dipped protein bar. Today was the Chocolate Coconut Almond flavor.
Total for breakfast: 410 calories, and 8 net carbs.
Lunch:
Today I'm having a KetoChow shake for lunch. I have the Apple Pie flavor, which I mixed with 2 ounces of heavy whipping cream and filled the rest of the shaker cup with water. At home I might add a touch of ground cinnamon, but I'm traveling so I'm keeping it simple. If you're new to KetoChow I recommend the starter pack so you can try a bunch of flavors! My favorite is the classic chocolate, but I enjoy most of their flavors. The chocolate peanut butter is extra thick, so I'd add extra water to that one. The shakes are filling and yummy...
Total for lunch: 326 calories and 1 net carb.
Dinner:
For dinner I sautéed spinach and mushrooms with a little butter. Served with Buffalo Chicken Meatballs, and some roasted cauliflower.
Total for dinner: approximately 562 calories and 6 net carbs
